A 50th Birthday to remember for Bobby Arora
When Silver Fox Events approached us to work with them on a garden party to remember for B&M Stores owner Bobby Arora we couldn't wait to bring our concept, Cork&Canvas, to Hale.
The event was to be no holds barred for a twelve-person group of close family and friends. Silver Fox Events arranged for a beautiful tipi to be erected in their garden which would host a beautiful Asain banquet and between courses a C&C takeover.
Emily had her work cut out to ensure a smooth transition from starter to art class whilst keeping the painting class a surprise for guests however all easels, canvases and art packs were prepped quickly during the first course ready for the waiters and waitresses to layout in front of each unsuspecting guest.
The theme for the class was to paint a portrait of the birthday boy himself hosted by a local drag queen, Banksie! Guest thoroughly enjoyed capturing Bobby's playful and friendly nature on canvas and after a group critique led by Banksie at the end, the group enjoyed their main course.
We look forward to working with Silver Fox Events and Bobby again in the future.
